MEF: Consumer trust in mobile is increasing for the first time in a decade

The Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF), the global trade association, today published its 11th "Annual Trust Study," which examines consumers attitudes towards the mobile sector.

The study surveyed over 11,000 users across 17 markets and found that consumers' trust in the mobile sector has increased since last year's study — for the first time in the study's history. While this finding marks a notable shift in consumer attitudes, MEF found that many consumers' concerns about data privacy and organizations' agendas remain largely unchanged.
