Marvell announced the Teralynx T100, new 102.4 Tbps switch silicon designed for AI and cloud data centers.

Built on 3nm process technology, Teralynx T100 is made for scale-up and scale-out deployments. It supports up to a 512-port radix, enabling operators to consolidate network tiers and slash latency. The T100 also delivers up to 25% lower power than competitive solutions, enabling data center operators to accelerate AI infrastructure build-outs by deploying significantly more accelerators within existing power envelopes.

“As hyperscalers expand AI clusters to tens of thousands of accelerators, data center infrastructure becomes a defining factor in network efficiency and performance,” said Alan Weckel, co-founder and technology analyst at 650 Group. “The Teralynx T100 architecture delivers significant advantages in latency, power efficiency, radix scalability and overall TCO—advantages that stem directly from its purpose-built AI design approach and are required for the continued scaling of data center infrastructure.”

Marvell's Teralynx T100 switch will begin sampling to customers this quarter.
